Shanxi Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shanxi Yunnei) was established on November 18, 2021. It is a state-owned holding company jointly established by Yunnan Yunnei Power Group Co., Ltd. (holding 60% of the shares) and Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd. (holding 40% of the shares). It is a modern manufacturing enterprise that integrates research and development, manufacturing, and sales. We have a complete production line for engine machining, assembly, hot testing, and spraying, and adopt Ford's rigorous manufacturing process and quality management system to effectively ensure the reliability of the engine. We have achieved an annual engine production capacity of 30000 units and have the capability to expand production by 60000 units.
The company currently has the DeWei series D67 products jointly developed with German FEV, as well as the D90 (D6S) and D130 (D6T) diesel engines developed with Ford technology, mainly used in fields such as trucks, power generation equipment, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment.
